Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory. The guarantee below is an extra promise on top of them.

30-day loudness guarantee

Install your Moosehorn kit and try it out. If it isn't clearly louder than your stock horn, or you're not happy with it for any other reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• Please return all parts (trumpet, compressor and air line), ideally in the original packaging.
• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
• If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return postage.
• Shipping Protection and Extended Warranty add-ons are refundable only when the whole order is returned before the add-on has been used.

How to start a return

1. Email support@getmoosehorn.com with your order number and the reason for the return. A short video helps if something isn't working.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Faulty or damaged items

If your kit arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photos or a short video. We'll offer a repair, replacement or refund under our Warranty.
