Where we ship

Moosehorn currently ships to addresses in Canada only.

Processing and delivery times

Remote and northern areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays and carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is included in the price shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check your order at our tracking page with your order number and email.

Duties and import fees

The price you pay at checkout is the total price for your order. If a carrier ever charges you import duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery, email us a photo of the receipt within 30 days and we'll refund those fees.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at support@getmoosehorn.com. Orders with Shipping Protection are resent straight away. Without it, we'll open a claim with the carrier and help you get it resolved.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll update it before dispatch.
