12-month warranty

Every Moosehorn kit is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship of the trumpet and compressor. Orders with the Extended Warranty add-on are covered for a further 24 months.

What's covered

• Compressor that stops working under normal use
• Trumpet defects such as cracks or plating failure not caused by impact
• Faulty air line or mounting feet

What's not covered

• Damage from incorrect installation or wiring (for example, wiring to the wrong voltage or without a fuse)
• Damage from accidents, impacts, modifications or continuous honking beyond normal use
• Normal cosmetic wear
• Use on vehicles other than 12V systems

How to claim

Email support@getmoosehorn.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a short video. If the claim is approved, we'll send a replacement part or kit, or refund you if a replacement isn't available.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
